Bill O'Toole, COBRA Head Coach, National
Bill has over 20 years of coaching experience including 14 years at COBRA. Bill started swimming at the age of 4 and continued to the Canadian National Level including representing Canada at several international competitions. Bill's accomplishments include:
Olympic Team Personal Coach 2000
- 2007 Swim Ontario Coach of the Year
- Canadian National Team Coach 1992-2004
- Has produced 63 Canadian Records to date
- Has produced 86 Provincial Records to date
- Petro Canada Coaching Excellence Award 2000
- 1999 SWAD Coach of the Year - Swim Canada
- Swim Ontario Coach of the Year 1997
- NCCP Level 3, CSCTA Member
- Has consistently placed athletes on: Olympic Team, World Championships, Pan Pacific Games, Commonwealth Games, National Youth and Junior Teams
- Has produced Medalists/Finalists at World Championships, Commonwealth Games, Pan Pacific Games, Canada Games and all Provincial Championships since 1984

Tony Cowx, Assist. Head Coach, National Development
Tony has been involved in swimming since he was 6 years old. He began coaching with COBRA in 2003 following 20 years of competetive swimming. He is a graduate of Brock University with a BSc in mathematics. His swimmers have won numerous provincial and national age group medals. In 2008-09 he was awarded by Swim Ontario as the 12&Under female coach of the year. The 2010-11 will be his 8th season with COBRA.
Jorge Neves, Youth

Ian Roopnarine, Junior & OW Gold,Silver/Bronze
Ian has been teaching swimming for over 10 years including 6 years as COBRA's Novice level Coach. This will be Ian's third year as coach of the Junior group and marks his return to coaching Olympic Way, after a 3 year absence. Ian is also COBRA Swim Club's Alternative Program Co-Ordinator.
Casey Beck, Cross Training
Casey has been teaching and swimming for over 10 years. She taught I Can Swim and swam until 2005. Casey then went on to earn a scholarship to Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where she swam for four years. Over those 4 years she accomplished top 3 finishes in the PSAC conference consecutively all 4 years. Casey also coached the IUP Aquatic Club team while at school and graduate with a BSC in Sports Administration and a Minor in Business.

Kim Cyr,
Kim has been a STOTT PILATES certified instructor since 2000 and a "Traditional Martial Arts" student/teacher for over 25 years. Her disciplined Martial Arts background working in harmony with the technical demands of Pilates and Yoga has helped Kim to develop a supportive training program for competitive sports teams and athletes.

Over the years Kim has had the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients and teams, all with unique needs. Her expertise lies in a disciplined program structured to improve sports performance and/or recovery from related injuries, through improved posture and core muscle group strengthening.
Kim Inglis Clarke, General Manager
After 15 years of coaching excellence, Kim has taken on an administration role within COBRA. She brings 8 years of Management and Co-ordinator experience into her new position.
